In a recent WaterFuelForAll tubular
booster installation on a 100 kva Denyo generator with Hino 5985 cc diesel engine,
the findings were independently verified by a Toyota dealership to be as
follow: In a peak test, the CO level was reduced from 732 mg/m3 to a mere 13 mg/m3 with an engine speed of around 1500rpm! These figures were achieved with the WFA booster producing 1.7lpm hydroxy @ 240 watts.
View pictures of successful installations The WaterfuelForAll booster is a highly efficient tubular electrolyzer which uses the 12V battery supply of your car to decompose water into oxygen and hydrogen gas. This gas is then injected into your engine. Adding a hydrogen-oxygen mix (also called hydroxy) to the fuel system of an internal combustion engine, increases the combustion of the gasoline (or diesel). This can be compared to putting a super high grade of gasoline in your engine. You get better overall performance, increased horsepower and gas mileage. The booster uses electrical power from the engine that is ultimately created by the fossil fuel, but the gain in efficiency of the engine exceeds the energy loss from generating the hydroxy mix. The increase in horsepower and gas mileage comes from better combustion of the gasoline. Usually, only about 15% of the available energy in gasoline is converted to mechanical energy in an internal combustion engine. The addition of hydroxy results in better combustion which means more of the available energy in the gasoline is converted to mechanical energy and that has nothing to do with creating energy or violating any laws of thermodynamics. In this regard we

Treatment Method for Reduction of Emissions in Diesel Engines", by S.O. Bade Shrestha,
International Fall Fuels and Lubricants
Meeting and Exposition, "Through an
addition of a small amount of hydrogen to the main fuel, the combustion process can be
considerably enhanced in internal combustion engines producing significantly lower levels
of exhaust emissions. This improvement in
combustion can be mainly attributed to the faster and cleaner burning characteristics of
hydrogen in comparison to conventional liquid and gaseous fuels. An oxygen-enrichment of a
fuel-air mixture also improves thermal efficiency and reduces especially particulate,
carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbon emissions in exhaust." "In comparison
to the baseline diesel operation, the reduction, especially on PM and NOx emissions are
attractive considering the simplicity and low cost of hydrogen generating systems used.
The maximum reductions of PM, CO and NOx emissions are up to 60%, 30% and 19% respectively
in comparison to the corresponding baseline diesel operation for the experiment considered. So this is indeed good
news! But sadly, the internet is riddled with inefficient hydrogen boosters making
unrealistic fuel saving claims.
So what makes
the WaterfuelForAll booster different from other boosters? Below are a few facts
that distinguish the WaterfuelForAll booster from others: We already know that
the power that is used to generate the hydrogen/oxygen mix is ultimately created by the
fossil fuel being used. We have also explained that the increase in horsepower and gas
mileage comes from better combustion of the gasoline, because more of the available energy
in the gasoline is converted to mechanical energy. However, if the
booster consumes more energy than what is being produced as a result of the improved
combustion, the net effect will be an energy loss, resulting in a loss of mileage! This is unfortunately
the case with some boosters being marketed commercially and these products also give the
booster market a bad name. In this regard we must
make people aware that you can ONLY have mileage gains, if the booster is
consuming LESS energy to produce the hydroxy, than the additional energy being unlocked
from the burning fuel because of improved combustion. This is what the
WaterfuelForAll booster does... In short, the
difference between a device that will save you fuel and one that will not, lies with the efficiency of the booster,
in other words, how much power is consumed to generate a certain amount of hydroxy. production as measured at a specific amount of The
WaterfuelForAll booster achieves a gas production of up to 1 liter per minute gas for
every 10A @ 13.8VDC (138Watts) consumed (with zero vacuum). To the contrary, typical
inefficient boosters are struggling to achieve a mere 0.5 liter per minute @ 10A. Thus, to generate 1
lpm hydroxy, such boosters consume more than twice the amount of power than the
WaterfuelForAll booster! No surprise that
customers buying some of these boosters are disappointed..... Another reason
why the results of some boosters are disappointing, is because they are overheating.
Some boosters will heat up to more than 85 degrees Celsius in less than 2 hours. At those
temperatures the gas contains a lot of water vapor, thus it is a lower quality of gas with
not the same combustion enhancement qualities as gas generated at lower temperatures. In this regard, the
WaterFuelForAll booster can run for 8+ hours continuously without overheating.
Disregarding end-user safety, some boosters are even constructed from glass jars, which may easily turn into shrapnel with the smallest spark! Hydroxy is a highly explosive and volatile gas and adequate safety procedures must be in place when dealing with it. For this reason, the WaterfuelForAll booster is constructed from high quality stainless steel with a wall thickness of 1.5mm. In short, the WaterfuelForAll booster is much safer than any other booster design currently available to the public.
