Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd is a business that markets and support clean energy, emission reduction
and fuel saving devices.
More specific, Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd markets the WaterfuelForAll range of hydrogen boosters
and accessories.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 14 days
and confirmed via email.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods by Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd is subject to availability. If the order
cannot be shipped within 14 days, the client may choose to cancel the order and
Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd will then refund the client in full.
Cancellation of an order within 14 days and before the goods have shipped, will attract a
10% administration fee.
Once goods have shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
All purchases are final and exchanges will only be granted on defective merchandise and
un-opened packages.
Any mistakes or shortages need to be reported to us via e-mail within 2 days of receiving
the product and damages due to shipping must be reported immediately.
Boosters can only be returned if it is defective. Such items may only be exchanged for a
replacement of the same model booster.
ALL items returned or exchanged must be in their original undamaged state (i.e. in a
resale condition).
Returns are only accepted on a pre-authorised basis so TALK TO US FIRST!
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we made the mistake of sending you
the wrong products.
Delivery times indicated for the available shipping options are only estimates and
Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd cannot be held responsible for
delays caused by the postal service or customs.
Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd (and
www.waterfuelforall.com) do not
take any responsibility for any damage that might be incurred to any vehicle
onto which a WaterfuelForAll booster or accompanied part is/was installed.
Hydroboost (Pty) Ltd and the Administrator of this web-site SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE
USE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD OR OTHERWISE PROVIDED.
The buyer or end-user assumes all the risks associated with using any merchandise sold

or provided in any other way as a direct/indirect result of advertisements on this web-site and/or
public discussions

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the
Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd via SafeShop who are an
approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. Safeshop uses the strictest
form of encryption and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to
www.mwebbusiness.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd separately from card details which
are entered by the client on Safeshop’s secure site. For more detail on Safeshop

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is
South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

transaction including sale of goods on this website, customer service and
support,
and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Hydroboost(Pty)Ltd chooses as its
domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect

Variation
